Evergreen District Events Master Calendar
Events cleared and posted regularly by the District Secretary

It is required that all events be cleared by the District Secretary to avoid conflicting dates, and to arrange for all the necessary ASCAP/BMI/SOCAN copyright licenses. The District Secretary has prepared a document explaining the Considerations involved with approving events. Please use the Online Form to request the approval of a given date for a chapter event by the District Secretary.
